bama has done nothing to warrant their ranking and thinking they are better than Ole Miss , Auburn , or Miss State. can't wait till we kick their arse in tiger stadium!

It's not like Auburn is not going to have a chance to prove themselves. Ole Miss on the other hand...they did Ole Miss!

Pretty dismissive of LSU's win, more like Ole Miss lost than LSU won. Bama's test will not be until the following week.

lulz

He did say we "surprisingly" played better

He tried to downplay the entire Tiger Stadium venue. Said it was good "the first time" he visited there and that he's been back every year since.

He's such a Bama fan and no mater how much he tries do disguise it, he can't possibly pretend be neutral about it.

How ESPN/SEC Network pegged this guy as their lead SEC announcer is mind numbing. He is simply terrible. No other way to put it.

Meh, I don't know much about Finebaum one way or the other (the couple of times I watched his show for a minute or two he looked embarrassed to be doing what he was doing and especially embarrassed about the callers).

But I think Bama gets a lot of leeway simply by their recent track record of success. I know when I look at games they are getting ready to play I usually think they have a very good chance of winning no matter who the opponent is.

I don't think they have ultra dominant teams in any given year (like say the old Miami or even older Nebraska teams). They tend to lose a game per year. But they do tend to come out on the top of most of their games.

It'll be interesting to see if they can run the LSU, Mississippi State, Auburn gauntlet without another loss. If they lose again I think they're toast as far as getting in the playoffs.

ESPN only cares about 3 things:

1. LeBron James

2. Alabama

3. Johnny Manziel

I guarantee every ESPN show will mention one of the 3 at least once a day.

Hopefully that will prove true in 12 days.

Worst show on SEC Network. They should ship his arse to Tallahassee where his Bama Bias would be more appreciated
