Just got this guy on cam for the first time. Has shown up a couple a times a night for the last few days. I'm terrible at this so any guess on age and score.

He was 15 yards from the edge of a standing bean field at time of pic. The one from last year wouldn't score as well but was bigger bodied.

Not to worried about it being night pics, last year in the same spot had this ones big brother show up at 10 one night. Put an arrow in him the next day at 5. Once he gets horny he'll move during the day. Woodline is only 20 yards wide, can't chase without going by me.

Mature deer. 4.5-7.5. I'm of the belief that aging deer on camera is a crapshoot. I can tell you if it is under 3.5 or older than 7.5 but other than that good luck.

I have him scored conservatively at 134" which is a dynamite score for a base 8 with only 4" of kickers. Helluva deer for sure. Always hard to judge in trail cam pics, wouldn't surprise me if he scored better. Nice 8's always score lower than you would think though, just not enough tines to find inches.

I agree on your comment on the aging part, but I honestly have to say I think your WAY off at 134.
Im seeing a minimum of 5-6 inches in kickers alone.
Big bases, 17 1/2 to 18" inside,5" G-1's, 9" or better G-2's, 7-8" G-3's, good mass on mains,etc.
I am sticking to 150 or better, gross of course.
Net sucks with a deer like this.

M1: 6" 5"
M2: 4" 4"
M3: 3" 3"
M4: 2.5" 2.5"

G1: 6" 5.5"
G2: 10" 8.5"
G3: 8" 8"

MB: 20" 20"

IS: 18"

K1: 2.5"
K2: 1.5"

That's how I got 134". Maybe mass is a little light, but no way in hell do I see 150"

Brow tines will help that deer's score a lot. I would guess low 140s which is huge for an 8 point.
