Yeah but they aren't here anymore. We have to use the talents we got. Every time we spread people out and run up the middle it seems to get big gains. Not sure why we can't see more of that.

The scheme is terrible. And please, stop fricking saying it's the same scheme we ran last year. It very well may be, but all of those record breakers are gone.
Adapt your damn offense to the strength of your personnel. Stop being hard headed and so fricking predictable based on personnel.

Wrong. Scheme means how you plan to use your offensive philosophy. We do not run the same balance of pass plays because he doesn't trust Jennings, with good reason.
Same offense, but TOTALLY different schemes.
