We also need to start Harris. Harris can make all the throws needed to beat a defense like Ole Miss'.

How do you know that? He couldn't make any of the throws necessary to convert 3 down against AU's D. Yes, he has excellent arm strength. That doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot when the ball is zooming 3 feet over a receiver's head or behind him.

FWIW, I don't care who the QB is. If LSU is going to continue to ask them to run an offense they're not comfortable in, and call plays that place more emphasis on minimizing risk than completing passes, then the QB is going to struggle. PERIOD! Go back to several games throughout 2009-2012 and you'll see QB stat lines similar to those that Harris and Jennings have put up in SEC play this year. That's now 5 different QBs with the same "problems". At some point you would hope the head man would realize maybe it's not them, it's me

I'd change Miles' attitude towards his QBs. He needs to call both of them in and have a come to Jesus meeting with tough language, as in the next one of you SOBs to screw up I'm going to pull you and put K (whatever the 3rd QB's name us) in and sink this damned piece of shite offense. Is that what you want? Y'all can go and cry to your moma and daddy if you want or transfer right now cause I'm tired of this shitty play from both of you.

I'd start Harris and let him get some experience, since this is obviously a rebuilding year.

I'd get rid of the Power I on early downs, and opt to spread the defense out more so that we can better use our receivers.

Get the TE's involved on short and intermediate routes over the middle.

Move CC down from the box so he can work one on one with BH.

I would explain to each position coach that he is a recruiter. He is expected to spend max effort on it and I expect to be in on 5-7 of the top 15 at his position. I would focus on Texas as much as I would in Louisiana. I would end the non sense ban on coaches recruiting high school games on Fridays before games. And I would spend as much money as the above requires.

Jennings needs to stop being selfish on zone-reads.

I don't think he's being selfish, I believe he can't make the read

Wait - I thought Jennings could make every read on the field. Wasn't that reported in the Auburn game by the sideline babe.
