I have found that if the restaurant isnt crazy busy and you have a small well behaved dog they won't throw up any roadblocks.

We haven't been there in a couple of years, but Lucy's downtown is pet friendly. They even have a menu for dogs (cut up hot dogs, hamburger patties and chicken breasts). Of course, you have to eat the food there.....

I've seen people with dogs on the patio at the Chimes East. Waiter even brought it to-go box for a water bowl.

Bistro Byronz will let you take your dog on the patio.........................for brunch. Not sure about lunch or dinner.

Magpie is more of a cafe but they allow dogs
