Lsu is one of them. Let that sink in.only 4 programs in all of cfb have at least 9 wins the last 5 years and lsu is one of them. With zero saban recruits.

Dude, we are having a down year in 2014. I'm sure most fans don't care about the past unless it resulted in a national title.

well then all those programs are failures because it's perfection perfection perfection here all the time.
no time for your 5 team mediocrity over time nonsense!!

You are wasting your time. You have a thousand college aged kids on here that know it all already....have zero big picture ability, nor any wisdom yet....but they know everything about coaching LSU.

well, that's about to change this year, i reckon.

Who are the other 3?
Have they won conference titles?
Have they won BCS games?
How many times have those 3 gone to BCS games?
Just curious

Here, we take a look at the top 10 winningest programs (by winning percentage) in college football between 2000-2009.
1. Boise State: 112-17 (.868)
2. Texas: 110-19 (.853)
3. Oklahoma: 110-24 (.821)
4. Ohio State: 102-25 (.803)
5. Southern California: 88-26 (.772)
6. Florida: 100-30 (.769)
7. TCU: 95-29 (.766)
8. LSU: 99-31 (.762)
9. Georgia: 98-31 (.760)
10. Virginia Tech: 99-32 (.756)
Woohoo!! You want us to be on par with Boise St

I rather be up an down with a national title or two, instead of a consistent 9 or 10 wins with peach and cotton bowl victories, but thats just me

UT had a run of like what 12 straight years with 9+ wins and 9 straight with 10+ wins. What's your point? After their NC loss in 2009 they went a resounding 5-7 and then never broke 9 wins again. Mack was done.
Not exactly a great record for standing on there.

I couldn't enjoy the last 5 years because we were behind in the 4th Quarter 37% of the time.

It's quite simple - the only thing that will satisfy the morons here would be something that has never been done in college football history. Anything less just doesn't cut it. You can't win every year. And this team will win a title 2 years from now. And when they do, then lose 2 games the next year, people will still be calling for Miles' head.

Why did you pick 5 years? Why not, 4 or 6?
