Man, so many to choose from. I'll list some off the top of my head, but I'm sure some of them have been mentioned so far.
- Soooo many things from Chappelle Show.
- Dumb and Dumber, damn near the whole movie.
- I remember the first time I saw Cartman singing Heat of the Moment to Congress...I just about lost my shite.
- Something About Mary, "Is that hair gel?"
- Another South Park, when Tom Cruise was in the closet, and they started interviewing R. Kelly and he started singing, I literally laughed so hard that I cried and had to pause my TV.
- Lots of scenes from The Office.
- When I was a kid, I thought the fart scene from Blazing Saddles was one of the funniest things I had ever seen.
- There were a couple bits in Martin Lawrence's "You So Crazy" that had me rolling back in the day (squash squaaaasha).

Tony I think or Bobby, answers, "Slow down."
So Jim goes, "What....does....the...yellow....light....mean...?"
And each time, they keep saying, "Slow down!"
And he keeps asking slower and slower.
