It was 2004. LSU was flagged for jumping onto a player, a new rule that year, and AU got an extra try and made it. Ended up being 10-9 and they won on that extra try.

THAT F-ING bullshite! The one and only time I've ever heard a hurdling call in any level of football.

We may win this game. However, they are currently ranked 5th. The game is at Auburn. They may not be world beaters this year, but they are a solid football team to say the least.
This looks like the same crap we saw on here about MSU. Yes like MSU, LSU has had success against Auburn lately. Not as much as State, but still our Tigers have done well against their Tigers. This means nothing for this game. Different teams different year.
This would be a great win for LSU...why diminish that possibility by saying they are not competent and BS about their nickname(s). I personally have enjoyed every LSU victory over Auburn because more times than not they have a quality team.
Anybody not still wet behind the ears has seen Auburn beat us and sometimes with relative ease. Again those wins for them mean NOTHING this year.
If you are just trolling their fans, at least put it on the SEC Rant where many more of them will see it.
Otherwise, attempt to make some sense. Probably too much to ask for most. Yes, it just Auburn, a team that most people believe will beat us.

This game used to mean more. It used to be THE GAME of the SEC West.
LSU is 1-3 when we start a freshman QB vs. Auburn.
2010 aside, LSU owns Auburn the last 5 years.
LSU has outscored Auburn 130-47 through the 1st 3 Qtr last 5 years and Auburn has won the 4th Qtr 28-17.

Speak for yourself. they are the dirtiest program in the sec and for a longer period during the bcs era the west went through auburn, not bama or tamu. I also grew up about and hour and a half from auburn, my first 3 LSU games i ever saw in person were at jordan- Hare and they spanked us. No I hate auburn.

Only time I pull for the blue gumps is when they play the red gumps...only time I pull for any SEC west team is when they play the red gumps...when ga state plays the red gumps, I pull for ga state...I might pull for the red gumps when they play ND, but usually just don't waste my time to watch two teams I dislike so much...
