Saddleback Leather Bags/Briefcases...

Been eyeing their smaller briefcases or Dry Bag to ask the wife/Santa. Just have a hard time kicking the OT Poor mindset. It's a lot of money to throw down for something like that.
Anyone own their stuff or something similar? Maybe something similar in quality but a more inexpensive option to appeal to my inner Rubenstein? I'd use it for work and other business related stuff here and there. Laptops and tablets, basic shite.

Buy a briefcase like a self respecting alpha male.

I have a wallet from them that has held up damn well

I have the thin briefcase and the duffle bag and love both. I use the thin briefcase everyday for work and the duffle bag for weekend trips.
The only complaint I have is that after 2 years, the briefcase has broken in and leans forward a good bit. It still stands up, but a slight bump will cause it to fall over.
These bags look better and better as they age and get some wear and tear.

I buy my husband JW Hulme and Ghurka products. I've never had to replace a briefcase, weekender, or wallet. Worth the money.

I just got a briefcase last week. I hope it doesn't take years to break in...

I have the over the shoulder bag and the slim wallet.
Love em both. Got the bag for graduation. Use it as my primary bag.

I've never used one, but I've heard that their wallets have issues with breaking credit cards. They even tried redesigning them, and although better than previous models, but they still have the same tendency to snap them in half.

Jeremy Piven did a shoot for Johnston & Murphy and had a bag that was fire a couple years ago.

Saddleback is the truth.
Unfortunately for me, their wallets make my credit cards break. I am disappoint.

I've been debating between a Saddleback Briefcase and this one from Allen Edmonds, since I wear a lot of Walnut.

I think they are pretty sharp, but have zero need for one.
