Surgeon should have his license yanked for performing an elective surgery on a mentally ill person.

Because she is mentally ill and doesn't know what she wants. The doctor who performed the surgery should be scrutinized by the medical board.

No shite, she came into my buddy's dental office in Brandon about a month ago after hours to see if she could film a movie there. He said when he saw her his mouth just hung open and he thought his partners were punking him. Once he talked with her he told her to GTFO. He told me later that he blew it cause his office could have been all over YouPorn.
