After school, I was cut off and was forced to get a job.I worked through high school and college and expected it to happen. After not finding much, I went to work at Enterprise Rent a Car for five years where they gave me the tools to be my own boss. Ending up being the best thing for me in the long run. Cutting him off is doing him a favor.

He'll figure it out. Sounds like he has some excuses right now, like waiting for grad school or not wanting to leave BR. Sooner or later those excuses won't work anymore and he'll have to do something.

FYI, have you guys thought about the possibility that an MBA with no experience or connections might work against him? He needs experience and connections more than another degree. If he can get that through an MBA program that's great. Otherwise, its just a piece of paper.
