I thought there was a Tulane game a few years earlier where one of their coaches went Woody Hayes on one of our players and hit him with a clipboard or something, was this the same game?

1995: The Whistle Game: Auburn's quarterback Patrick Nix stopped play after a snap in his own endzone because he though he "heard a whistle." Turns out it was a fan in the Student Section. Resulted in a Safety. Then an intercepted pass on the last play of the game led LSU to a 12-6 victory, stopping Aubbie from going to the SECCG that year.
Also this was the first time LSU wore white for a home game in like 15 years.

Game was postponed until December 1, 2001 because of the 9/11 attacks. This was the game that Auburn was penalized 15 yards for stomping on the Eye of the Tiger before the game started.
I think the kicker incident was a later game. AUs kicker hit a couple of band members as they were coming off the field after halftime. He was heading out too early for warmups and was trying to be a badass. Got penalized 15 yards for the 2nd half kickoff.

the Auburn Kicker/Band player incident was 2001. I know Mark Aycock who was one of the band members the kicker got into it with.

Also referred to as the "Bring Back the Magic Game." After 2 years of suffering through every moment of every football game (when you are in band, you can't leave in the middle of a blowout to go drink), that was a great reward.
That was the longest (and one of the most fun weekends during my time at LSU). The night before that game, the drumline had freshman "orientation" (silly stuff. No hazing) and then stayed up all night drinking. After the AU game, we obviously partied all night like everyone else.
TGBFTL then had to go play the Saints game the next morning. Half the band didn't sleep until the bus ride to NO. The Saints sucked and were playing the Falcons, who also sucked, so nobody gave a damn. Band members sleeping on the floor of the dome in sleeping bags during the game made the Times Pic Sports section on Monday. That obviously didn't go over very well.
My friends and I had tickets to see Pearl Jam at Tad Gormley Sunday night after the Saints game, so we were up late again, yet again. I could count the number of times I got out of bed Monday on one hand.

Ok. For some reason I thought that happened later. As a former band member, I remember jumping up and shouting a string of obscenities at Duval through the TV. That really pissed me off, but it was great seeing all the ESPN analysts go to work on him after the game. He definitely deserved it.

I did not wear a jacket to Alabama 2002, the temperature was a freezing 32 degrees, which matched the points LSU lost by
32 degrees Fahrenheit equals 0 degrees Celsius
32 for Alabama equals 0 for LSU on this night.
p.s. this is the only game I have ever had to take a dump in tiger stadium and since it was warmer than outside, I was forced to stay a while in the shite room.

1997 vs Mississippi St
I remember this game because of the insane weather. It was a day game in Oct, but it was sunny and very warm. I remember there wasn't a single cloud visible when TGBFTL got to our seats.
By the time we came down for Pregame, clouds rolled in and it stormed for a while, but by halftime the sky was clear again. So much so, that the band director had us ditch our raincoats and head down to march. Then another, much larger storm came through and hit hard before we got done marching. You'd be amazed how much water those damn uniforms can hold. I sat through MANY rainy games, but that was the worst, by far.
It poured the rest of the game. I'll never forget how bad the field was by the 4th quarter. I think 92 FSU is probably the only time it was in worse shape. There was so much water standing for so long that it killed most of the grass, and they had to re-sod the entire field over the open date.
That was in prep for the 97 Bama game, which is infamous for many reasons.

Some corrections:
The Ronnie Lewis "bird" game was the 14-14 tie with Alabama in 1985 after he missed a short FG.
The Miami of Ohio loss was the second game of 1986. We lost 21-12 in a torrential rain.
(We had beaten 4th ranked A&M 35-17 the week before in T.Hodson and H.Williams' debuts in DV.)Our only other loss in 1986 was to Ole Miss 21-19 when David Browndyke missed a short FG that was at a severe angle.
The 44-3 loss to Miami of Florida was in 1988 in a monsoon. Interestingly, we won the SEC title that year..
The Oregon State streaker game was in 2004.
The loss to Alabama in DV in 2002 was 31-0.
The 1982 Fla State orange game was November 1982, with the winner playing Nebraska in the Orange Bowl. LSU had not gone to a NYD bowl since Jan. 1, 1974 vs. Penn State. the students went crazy throwing oranges, going onto the field and the goal posts, and even throwing seat cusions all over the student section. (I was a sophomore in the stands and on the field that night :)
Before the game, the costumed Mike ran down an LSU student dressed as a 'Seminole' and broke his 'spear' in half. The studenet section went fricking bonkers.
The contraflow game was against Idaho in 1998 when Georges was approaching La. People were mad we gave up over 450 yards to Idaho...off the top of my head, I think the score was like 53-20 or something like that.
One game nobody has mentioned was the 2010 Tennessee debacle and almost loss..Tenn had 14 men in the end zone...
