Enjoyed Diablo for ps3

Haven't played diablo since on PC years and years ago so I picked it up and enjoyed it
Enjoyed skyrim as well, but I haven't played in a while and I can't bring myself to get back involved in it
I usually don't play games like these, so I'm looking for some games.
I enjoy the metal gear games, thought about thief. Got burned out about halfway through the first assassins creed and never tried another
Can you guys recommend done games? I have never tried bioshock, but that is a definite

No I haven't
It is on redbox I think though, so I'll pick if up
I tried to break away from my normal sports/shooters/occasional stealth game recently, and got "murdered souls" "watchdogs" and "borderlands 2" and absolutely hated all 3.
I do love the resident evil series, the dead space games, and used to love final fantasy but haven't touched one in a while. I was afraid they were getting too linear

Dark souls is a good one. It's like skyrim on steroids. Very challenging rpg.
Gotta dodge, block, parry, plan ambushes. You die in 3 or 4 hits from normal trash mobs. Everything requires execution

But I will admit I enjoyed the thrasher D&D style of diablo
I enjoy Skyrim too, but I am one to explore every little detail of an area, so I will start to play and an hour later haven't done anything at all yet but walk around looking at shite
Do they make turn based RPGs like the old final fantasy 3 any more? That is still my all time fave game
