May he set up shop in heaven before the devil knows he's due. (Rodney Crowell)
He and I went after it quite a few times and his posts were hard to read but he always stuck to what he posted and by god he was right.
I'm in that "over 50" group as well and my daughter reminded me the other day while at Rabenhorst, that we had participated in 7 funerals in the last 18 months, all family members. We certainly are all mortal and should enjoy our time.
I was not aware of his health problems and I'm guessing his heart just finally gave out, but he can rest assured he is blessed with gods special grace, that of true companionship.
He will be missed by all on here and certainly by me and this board has lost a good participant. May his soul rest in peace.

His last Post on the F&DB.
Just as I would have imagined.... RIP CIT!
When the shite hits the fan picture you and your coworkers snorting massive amounts of drugs in the walk-in coolers. The buzz in your head stops around three am.

Yes, sad to hear.
I often wonder about people that you get to be "friends" with here just disappearing. Me included.
Cheers CIT.

He thought you were a girl, TiA. He wanted your email, but I didn't have it. That was some years ago, though, and it was about some recipe or something like that.

I think Ole Geauxt and Otis have my email. They probably deleted it though. I didn't make it to their tailgate a couple of years ago and they are quite bitter.

Yeah, I remember that occasion. I don't think you let them know you weren't coming and they'd bought stuff specially for you. I was bitter just hearing about it.

Oh man, I didn't know that. I honestly thought it was a drop by if you can thing.
Guys, I am sorry. I know it's been a while, but I feel terrible now.
I would feel bad about hijacking this, but CIT needs another day bumped to the front.
