What word means "the opposite of suspect"?

Somewhat depends on the context.
If you're talking about someone being under suspicion by the police, then if you're not a suspect, I don't think there's a proper antonym... except maybe innocent.
If you're referring to the condition of a thing, like: "that leg on the chair looks a bit suspect; I wouldn't sit there if I were you", the opposite would be something like sound, sure or certain.
If you're talking about buga, you should go with what LF has already said. LF has stated buga means being real. So, real, or perhaps genuine, would be the answer you're looking for... assuming that if you're not buga (real), you're suspect (fake).
