An unarmed man was shot and killed from a distance at which it's undeniable that he posed no threat to the officer who fired the fatal shots. That's clearly grounds for termination - and probably criminal charges.

These are facts - I invite you to dispute any of them.

What about the reports of the guy punching the cop in the face so hard he broke his eye socket and then fighting the cop for his gun. Then running at him full speed to do god knows what.

You are stupid.

And I doubt anyone here will dispute that fact.

Autopsy report shows hands were down. The shots are to the front of the arm not the back of the arm. As if someone's hands were raised. No shots in the back.

How many feet away was Mike Brown from the officer? Do you know that someone 20ft away from you can get to you before you can unholster a weapon? Most use of force policies use 20-23 ft as a zone for someone with a knife.

OK spidertard.

A punk walks into a store and steals some cigars to mix in with his weed. In the process of a crime, store confronts the thief only to be 'strong-armed'.
As the punk and his thug buddy are walking down the middle of the street, the officer asks them to get out of the MIDDLE of the road and onto the sidewalk.

The thug doesn't like to be told what to do by 'da man' punches the officer, breaking his eye-socket then tries to steal the officers weapon which a shot is discharged.

The punk runs away and then thinks to himself, 'I'll be damned if I let this white cracker pig tell me what to do. I am taking this cracker down.'

Officer perceives his life is in danger and there is evidence that officer fired a warning shot( bullet from the officers weapon was found in the wall of an adjacent home to the scene). The punk, despite the warning shot, continues to charge the officer.

Officer has no choice other than to protect himself from a potentially deadly scene.

Got that spider? Doubtful but go create another alter...

Possibly charging the cop after a fail attempt to get his gun?

Facts?

And you know all of this....how? Even if Brown was 30 ft away when he turned to face the cop, he could easily have covered that distance in 1.5 seconds if he was capable of running a pedestrian 6 second 40. The cop would have had under 2 seconds to fire 5 shots at an adrenaline filled man charging him if the cop and 12 witness stories are true. Oh, but you want to believe the testimony of his co-hort in strong armed robbery. What is a fact is that an eye witness with no connection to the cop or Brown clearly stated, without having any idea that he was being recorded, that Brown charged at the cop and "just kept coming."You don't know shite except that you want the cop to be convicted of murder whether he had cause or not.

Edit: I read your subsequent posts and applaud you for backing off that statement. It has been the rush to condemn the cop based on bad information that has made this situation so bad and your original "challenge" regarding facts touched a nerve.

cop has an orbital fracture from where brown assaulted him. news of that came out yesterday. brown was 290 lbs and the cop probably feared for his life.

will not dispute. clearly there was some distance involved.

at which it's undeniable that he posed no threat to the officer

not so fast. IF, and I say if, the very large and angry man (that had already struggled with the officer and went for his gun (if the gun went off in the vehicle there will be evidence) was angrily moving towards the officer and failed to halt when ordered, then it is NOT undeniable, but rather probable that he was a threat to the officer.

Disputed.
