Any Dishwasher Recommendations?

I'm about at my wit's end with my current dishwasher. It is the best, worst dishwasher ever. It is whisper quiet and cleans very well.

The issue is the son of a bitch breaks monthly. I can go on for a while with the lists of repairs Ive done. The whole thing began with a horrible design on the top shelf clips. They break off and get stuck in the disposer triggering a small leak and an error code. The only way to fix is to uninstall, flip upside down, take base apart and remove the offending clip. Wipe the trickle of moisture off and reinstall. I've done this at least 15 times over 6 years. Replaced the pump, the entire sump assembly, multiple spray heads, etc. The bitch of it is, I fix it and it performs beautifully for a few months sometimes. Then something else goes wrong. I'm waiting on the door seal gasket to arrive currently.
TLDR Version: shite breaks all the time
Does anyone have any feedback on a model they have and love? I'm leaning towards Kitchenaid or Bosch largely due to the low db level. The offending model is rated at 49db.

I have a KitchenAid. I bought it last year at Lowe's after my Whirlpool died. It's SS inside and out. I paid around $600 for it delivered. It cleans really well. Extremely well. I'd buy it again if I needed one.

I don't have a rec, but I like my old kitchenaid. One thing is to consider the racks and what things you like to wash in the dishwasher. I have some large pots that fit on the top of my current dishwasher but would not fit in some newer models.
I also have the utensils in the door rather than in the middle of the bottom. The door is better for me. I can fit more in the bottom that way. Just some things to think about...

I have the Bosch stainless steel inside and out. It cleans great, never hear it running and in 12 years it has never had a problem.
Now just this morning my wife had a Speed Queen washing machine delivered because Sunday evening her 14 month old Samsung (with the 12 month warranty) blew up. This follows the 18 month old Samsung washer that blew up. I will never in my life buy another Samsung product. I looked at her file on the washing machine and she had a Consumer Reports review as a best buy in it.
The Speed Queen is the only washing machine that has a 3 year warranty and Appliance Distributors has in house repairmen for all the products they sell. Not some third party who doesn't have a clue and takes 6 weeks to get to you.
If you are in BR go look at Appliance Distributors. Fair and just the service department with guys who know how to fix stuff and get to you quickly makes it worth it. I bought the Bosch from them.

I own a Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwasher. Very quiet and cleans like no other.

I've got 2 no thrill Frigidaire's at my place. They're inexpensive and have few things that could possible break. I'm not sure how much technology can affect the dishwashing process.
They work great and my dishes are spotless every time.

Me, my mom and my sister all have Bosch. We haven't had any problems.
