Im not going to read this whole thread but this was not jury nullification aka "a time to kill" or the plauche shooting. There was no GSR, no gun, no witnesses who saw him with a gun, two passengers with the drunk driver who fled into a field and the state's ballistics expert who testified the evidence was "shaky". I love all you fricking amateur lawyers. frick off.

Looks like he went through our legal system and is absolutely NOT a murderer. Good for him.

If a drunk ran over and killed my 2 children. I don't know what I would do. Probably what most suspect this man did but were unable to prove.
