Just asked. They are aware of it. The bartender said definitely something off and not intentional and they are working on it right now.
I asked regardless if they used Brett at all and she said she didn't know. A brewer could tell me if/when he walks back through.

Just talked to Andrew. They don't use Brett at all so it's definitely not that.
He said hes aware of it and from what he tasted, he thinks that batch might have aged quicker than intended and might have some additional fermentables in the bottles. Or possibly the bottles weren't super clean.
He apologized for any bad beer and said he appreciated the feedback. He said if y'all wanted to bring it and exchange it, he would happy do so but I figured y'all weren't local.
Overall, glad I chatted with him. He seems like he's in cool guy who really cares about his beer and is worried about expansion getting in the way of quality. I really appreciated that thought process. Made me like parish even more
