Wisconsin should have been a home and home

why, so our "fans" can leave in the third quarter? no thanks.

I would say Texas and Oklahoma.

games like this are about recruiting above all else, and getting kids we're after on the sidelines for the experience, so USC wouldn't help that much unless it was the JerryWorld game. the sooners pull almost every kid they have out of Texas so beating them and UT would make a big impression.

I said years ago when this was asked, two of my picks were WVU and Wisconsin. I thought blending those fanbases would be a hell of a good time and we can very close, so I'm grateful.

I prefer cross-sectional OOC games if I had to pick, so any big time Big 10 or Pac 12 schools would be a lot of fun. OSU, Michigan, Nebraska, Penn State, USC, UCLA, Oregon, ASU.

Closer to home I'd love to the obvious Texas, Oklahoma, Florida State.

I'd like to us play see USC and Michigan. The latter would be intriguing since the programs have never met and the Les connection.

Plus with 3 historic venues among those schools, I'd love to see a true home and home. I get why we do these bowl-like kickoff games, but it takes away from the one of the best parts of college football, the campus atmosphere.

Surprise vote: BYU. Utah is a great place to visit and they have a pretty cool stadium. Good culture clash with LSU fans and LDS. Their team is usually pretty solid, too.

I would have liked for Wisconsin to have been home and home. Always wanted to go to Madison and have heard nothing but good things about the town, college, atmosphere, etc. Lambeau isn't a bad consolation.

If I had to pick one right now it would be Michigan State. Really like the way they play up there and what Dantoni has done.

Stanford would be runner up

I'm not that excited about USC or Michigan. I have a feeling that some LSU fans want to play them for some sort of validation. We don't need to play Michigan because we've never played them before and they are a historical important program. I have no feeling for USC either.

I would want to play Texas in a home and home. They are a bordering state program and a storied program. More of a natural than Michigan. Florida State would be second for a Gulf Coast rivalry.

Now if we play Michigan in a bowl game or playoff then great. I would want LSU to win big. Now we did play and beat Michigan State in a bowl game so maybe we do need to play them again for a rematch but we don't need to create an artificial rivalry with Michigan. If it happens in a bowl game and playoffs then let's start one.

USC. them pus**ies were scared to play us when Carrol was there.

Other than that, FSU would be sweet. Also OSU, they are poo poo.

Or maybe we can just add an extra bama game so we can play 2 to and if we each win one and its our only loss, we can be entered into the playoff on opposite sides of the bracket at a chance to play again for the ship. haha I'm down.

Being an FSU grad and LSU student, I'd have to say FSU. Agree with the earlier post that there are similarities between campuses.
