@Blanky. I graduated from Bbhs 2013. I'm assuming you did 09-10?

why risk it in the opener, he may injure himself further and thus make his recovery a longer projec.

When has Miles ever been honest about injuries?

My thoughts exactly. Miles is never forthcoming about injuries, gameplans, opponents, coaching or player performances. This is why I don't bother listening to his radio show. It's a waste of time.

Miles answer about Thomas was vague
Chavis' response about Thomas during his media interview sure seems he will miss most of the season

I'm having dinner with one of the doctors in that office Tuesday and will ask what the deal is. He usually stays quiet but let's his wife talk so nobody hears it come directly from him. #butthatsillegal!!

Still a HIPPA violation.

All I know is I saw him at Fan Day, and he looked fine. He wasn't wrapped up or anything.

Hippa can blow me. Doctors talk. People in the office listen. Word always gets out. Deal with it.

Damn. That's really unprofessional. Not to mention, illegal and unethical.

My first question is, was he carried away in an ambulance after an injury at practice? Why would there be any EMT's doing anything? Trainers usually make the preliminary diagnosis as to what it may be then the player goes to a doctor to narrow down exactly what the injury is and to what extent the injury is.

This is exactly what I'm thinking. Programs like LSU don't call an ambulance for an arm injury like this. They probably have a physician at each practice. Seriously doubt EMTs were even present.

I'm not sure I'm buying the "play in the opener" line. But I could see where the difference between needing surgery and not needing surgery is a close call...and the difference in recovery/rehab time between the two is huge.

Even if Thomas could make it back for the Auburn game on Oct 4, it would be a huge help to have fresh legs in midst of our 9 game stretch w/o a bye.
