Id like to know how everyone is feeling. What effects have you seen?

Deep soreness?
Shoulders hurting?
Increased size or more ripped?

I would think about the only results you would get out of this is just your muscles being a little tighter and more full.

wee vet it, boss your workout is better. This was just a little challenge and it was fun.
As for results, I got a bit more definition, but that was about it.

Coming in here right at the 11th hour to finish this challenge. Completing this was more a test of discipline than anything else. Any days with goose eggs set me back a lot. I had a lot of lingering soreness after 1000 push up days. My single set max reps jumped from 40 to 60 after this. Looking to hit that 75 rep marker soon. To me, my arms appear noticeably bigger after doing this, especially in my triceps. What's next, pull ups?
