Matthew mcconaughey
I heard someone recently say they were at an event, I think it was maybe on Howard Stern, and they went up to McConaughey to introduce themselves, said he was sitting at his table not talking with anyone at the time. Said he called him Matt, and tried to introduce him self and he said that he stood up and said, "its Matthew" and walked away.

How The Beatles didn't each win an Oscar for the Yellow Submarine move, I'll never know. I was lost in their characters, and had to keep reminding myself they were The Beatles. They were robbed.

I have an uncle who works for an entertainment manager in vegas, Tony is one of his clients. My redneck arse aunt met him in the guy's office one day when she stopped to bring my uncle something he needed. She said Tony asked her if she had seen Red Dragon and what she thought about it. She told him she didnt like it. When he asked why she said "cause it scared me"
Tony just laughed about it. Probably thought she was one of the stupidest people alive.

Met John Wayne when I was little boy. He was the man. Met Paul Walker in south Florida years ago and he talked to me and my boys about fishing and surfing for a good bit. Awesome guy.

Anna Kendrick & Adam DeVine were pretty chill when I met them a few years ago.

I hear Matt McCon. is a giant a-hole irl. One of my coworkers lives near him and says he runs into people in the neighborhood when out jogging quite a bit.

One cool thing I remember about Matthew McConaughey was back in like 2009 at the LSU/Vanderbilt game. It was close to game time and I was going meet my buddies at Mike's cage, and I saw him casually walk by me with no entourage, no bodyguards, nothing. Just walking by himself in his Texas shirt. He saw me looking at him so he kind of nodded. It was pretty cool to see him just walking around the stadium so carefree.

He came to our tailgate that day for about 2 minutes and then left. He was just as you described, very nonchalant about it and acted like he didn't know his own celebrity. It was fricking weird He must've been very high

A good friend of mine was at ACL a few years ago. He managed to score backstage passes for Willie Nelson. As he was hanging out in the back he saw Matthew Mcconaughey walk up to the gate and security wouldn't let him in, he didn't have a pass on and they had no idea who he was.
My friend being as sly as he is saw what was going on and stepped in telling security that Matt was with him and it was ok. After a second, they obliged and let Matt in.
He said Matt introduced himself and thanked him for that. When the show was about to start Matt walked up onto the stage and stood at the side. When Willy came on and started playing, Matt calls for my friend and ask him to come up there. Friend goes up on the side of the stage and they and talking, enjoying the music, just having a good time. Well a few songs in Matt is getting all into it and he grabs my friend and drags him right onto the center of the stage and they are standing directly behind Willy dancing and having a good time. They ended up hanging out the rest of the evening and my friend couldn't speak more highly of Matt.
