If the 21 is all signing bonus, that's prorated over four years at 5.25 per year for cap purposes.
So they could conceivably have his bases salary this year at ~2 million, which would mean that our cap space situation would not be affected at all.

Well, these things usually work themselves out, but he is under contract through the 2015 season. Ingram's 1st round money is coming off the books soon. I'm sure Drew will restructure. Galette is a free agent after this season if he gets 12 sacks. There is a lot to worry about in the future, but this season is almost here.
