Hard to pick a favorite food but here's some seared foie gras.

Seared foie gras
I went out to eat last week and had a venison burger topped with that. So good

I had this same question posed to me a few years ago by a fellow foodie. My immediate answer was easily foie gras. If a restaurant has it on the menu, I'm ordering it and savoring every bite.
However, that's just one sitting. After considering whether I would enjoy it every single day, I had to reconsider my answer and told my friend that corn (especially on the cob) would get my nod. It's something that I could eat every day and when my grill is going it's mandatory that there is corn on the cob involved. Succotash is one of my favorite sides.
If it's simply one dish that sends me into a foodgasm, it would have to be either fois gras, or some sort of toro (fatty tuna belly). But then there's scallop...and crab...and...

By that definition, I have one simple answer.
It's cheating, but with a burrito the combinations are endless. You want steak? Put it in there! You want a spicy flavor bomb? Throw in some chorizo instead! Most importantly, when well-made you can taste all the flavors and they complement or contrast nicely. The smoke from the protein melds with the char from the roasted corn. The warmth of said protein contrasts the chilled, crisp vegetables you've put in there. And I absolutely better taste the cilantro.
If it's just one meal that's going to make me want to eat more and more and more and put myself into a tasty food coma, it's hard to go wrong with what Mr. balls posted. You can throw any number of cuts in front of me and as long as they're rare with a nice crust, I'll probably be a highly content individual.

I had forgotten about that thread! I don't know how. I can't believe he's still alive.
Yeah. So. I would not eat that.

Not as fancy as a lot of y'all, but I could eat this every day.

I could go on about eggs longer than that Bubba guy did about shrimp. From my breakfast plate to com tam and Banh Mi at the Viet joints. With steak, in a salad, or in a soup. It's best friend is bacon. Eggxtraordinary food.

You're a fricking dumbass
That seriously might be the worst joke you've ever made in your life. And I hate myself for laughing at it.
