Likely to sign Bosh and then match the Parsons offer. Might just be the best team in the NBA now, and how bad is the east now???

I would say the Cavs benefit most, but maybe that's just me.

Will be better.
Cavs will be really good.
Heat have like 60 million to attract good players from the West.
Celtics are improving.
Pacers will be good.
Gotta think Knicks will be better if Melo stays.
Hawks retain a decent team.
Bobcats improve.
Etc.
East isn't great, but definitely better than last year

Add LBJ (and maybe Love) to Kyrie, Waiters, Thompson
or
A soft Velociraptor looking fricker and maxing out a middle of the road SF...for years of cap problems.
Yeah...looks great for Houston

I would say no because the Cavs weren't a playoff team, and the Rockets just got significantly better and they are a playoff team.

What? If anything that shows why the Cavs benefit most. They just went from a non-playoff team to possibly the favorites in the East.

Well that cast sounds great and all next to LeBron...except that cast finished with the 1st overall pick two years in a row without LeBron IN THE EAST.
Rockets without Bosh finished 4th in the west and won as many games (54) in the west as the Heat with LeBron in the east.

That's a fallacy because the top team got worse in the East, and there's a huge drop off after the top team.
The top teams in the west have not lost any personnel and in fact the Clippers got stronger, and its possible once Gasol decides that another top team in the west will get stronger.

What good players are available for them?

Houston wins but Cavs and possibly the Bulls win more. By wins I mean benefit

Who's better: LeBron or Chris Bosh? There's your answer as to which team benefited the most.

There are plenty of "good" players for sale right now. Maybe no "superstars" are coming there, but they could afford like 8 "Good" players.

Rockets will be better no doubt.
Will Harden, Howard, Bosh, and Parsons be enough to win a championship?
Dunno, we'll see. That Parsons contract is still horrible IMO.

It sucks for sure. But having Parsons as your 4th best player is awesome.

Clearly the Cavs won today.
Bosh is not even a done deal.
