How happy and pretty do you think rocket's gf is?
Or do you think this is a hypothetical gf because who would ever date him?

Beauty fades and is irrelevant. Hopefully she's happy. Go read my story on the last page. If you love someone and truly want to be with them, then marry them for reasons like I stated. It's inexcusable and stupid not to be married if you love each other and you have kids together. It's understandable if you never have kids but you also have no rights or interests at all in that other person legally. Which is a horrible thing in certain situation.

Breesus, I did. How sad. And I agree, as far as having kids goes. But I'm done with that and may never get married again. I know a sad story that involves not getting your long time partner's SS when you have a kid together
I was really just pointing out what a miserable frick rocket is. He is obsessed with looks and relationships but doesn't seem to ever be in one and I'd bet money that he's ugly
Also, you won't be your SO's next of kin

It could be a bf, I'm thinking that convicted felon he posted pics of a while back. Rocket really liked his face.

Good luck convincing her of that, I take it you're single?
Not to mention, if you live with someone long enough it becomes common law marriage or domestic partnership, depending on state, and then you're pretty much married anyways.

One group is betting half their shite their relationship will last forever.
The other can do all of the same things as group one, while walking away with minimal headaches if they so choose.
Marriage is an outdated bullshite tradition that all these older people feel is a necessity and turn their noses up at anybody that doesn't conform to their beliefs, just like anything other issie in America.

Actually marriage did not start religious, it was around before any such thing as religion. Another thing the Christians stole from pre existing rituals to claim as their own. It was around before in order to join clans and shite like that.

It predates recorded history, no one knows for sure what started marriage. Could be religious or could be like you said, we don't know.
