Can we all revel for a bit before we start criticizing the team again?
We just beat United at Old Trafford and onto the Semis!

Seriously. First win at Old Trafford since '06 and are still alive to win a trophy.

Negagunner here to say I wish we would man the frick up and play like a real team when up a man instead of losing all form and scaring the bejesus out of our fans.

Sit back and enjoy this win, hopefully this helps the team get over their mental block they seem to have sometimes.

Finally. Arsenal played great minus the goal. But its been a long time coming, need to beat man u while they are down.

Monreal irks me a lil with his gay Spanish isms, but the guy can play. He's def taken advantage of injuries to Gibbs. Rt now he's the better player. But on cazorla, he has to play. The guys has been fantastic ever since playing in the middle. Not just going forward, but he's a menace on defense. He lacks size against guys, but I think that helps. He just sneaks in and steals the ball.

I really like Cazorla as our AM. He's so direct in attack, he will take on the first man make a driving run to the box, and either make the correct decision on who to pass to or he will actually shoot the ball from distance. Hes also been pretty good as the holding mid behind Ozil. He wins more tackles than I would expect, and he's constantly buzzing around the ball making the other team's player uncomfortable.

can't believe this hasn't made it's way here yet
WHAT DID SHE WEAR?
She wore, she wore,
She wore a yellow ribbon,
She wore a yellow ribbon,
In the merry month of May!
And when, I asked,
Oh why she wore her ribbon,
She said it’s for The Arsenal,
And we’re going to Wembley!
Wembley,
Wembley,
We’re the famous Arsenal,
And we’re going to Wembley!

Can we have a second to appreciate the tactical genius that is Van Gaal? It was funny seeing United break down into a team that just hoofballed it into Fellaini in the box. Fergie ain't walking through that door anytime soon.

Other than the Monaco loss we have been on a nice run. Like 13 or 14 wins in the last 17 or 18 matches. Second in the form table.
Coquelin has really solidified us defensively. I too wish we would keep the ball better late in games but 2-1 has been kind to us lately.

No question. It is crazy how many matches have ended with that score line. So happy for Danny.
On to Saturday and three points.

14-1-3 since Coquelin's recall.
12-3 since he has been a full fledged starter (no draws, kind of odd). Wins over Man U, Man City.

@Orbinho Premier League since 25 Oct:
1 Arsenal Pld 20 Pts 43
2 Man City 20 41
3 Chelsea 19 41
4 Man Utd 20 41
5 Liverpool 20 38
6 Spurs 19 36
Such a costly slow start to the season.
Feels like a lot of progress has been made this excluding a couple Arsenal-esque slip ups.
- Back to Wembley with a great chance to win the FA cup again
- Wins at Manchester City and United
- Should have won at Liverpool
- Should have beat City at the Emirates (Outplayed United there as well)
- Thought we played well at Chelsea, brief moment of ridiculousness from Hazard really changed things
Just makes the Monoco result all the more frustrating. Hopefully our recent form on the road means we can turn that around.
