Okay. So, I have little to no experience with the ugly underbelly of family court. Im in a situation where I need one of those companies who does financial assets investigations.

Any of you can recommend someone you used on your wife to find the money she was hiding from you, or who your ex wives used when she raked you across the coals and got thorough results?

Im looking for a Louisiana company. thx in advance

Your attorney should be able to help with this, right?

My ex-wife's attorney was pretty damn good at this, FWIW. He's running for judge now though, so not sure he's still doing any of that. LINK

I'm a CPA, and several firms have CPA's that specialize in what's known as "forensic accounting". You'd mentioned finding a company......what you're looking for is a cpa firm that has a guy/gal that specializes in forensic accounting.

Hang tight, I'ma text a client that used one in the Mandeville area. My client/friend said he was pricey, but worth it.

ETA: just read it isn't for you. Smart man, if that is her tits.

Your friend needs a forensic accountant. It's going to be expensive but surely there is some strong sign that there are assets to be found.

<--@yahoo.com and we can go from there.

Our law firm works specifically in Family Law, mainly community property cases that involve a lot of financial issues such as this.

Don't sign anything until you do the thorough credit check and hidden asset due diligence. I found a hidden bank acct and 401K loan through her employer thankfully. When the ploy was to "I'll just give you half my debt if you push" I offered up a stern "ok!".

You see, unknown debt isn't scary. Divide shite until it hurts HER and at the end calmly say in the end, if it makes sense, you'll just file bankruptcy. Put the house up, keep your Escalade, leave the bed but not the bedroom suit, leave one couch but not the armoire... Take the pots and pans but not the china... Put the photos on the floor and rake half to her, half to you...

Eventually shite hits home. YOUR frickING HOME
