Complex Modern Parenting issue with online games

When I was a kid, my mom didn't give two shits if my brother kicked my arse in Atari Football or even Madden later on.
But now, with 4 kids all on Minecraft kick, it's become a dilemma on how to issue justice aka whip arse. AT first I didn't give a shite if my son was burning his sister's sheep or house down. Or if my oldest(who controls the environment) was blocking her sister while building a fire-wall around her house.
But then I realized that they spend hours over time building stuff and cultivating things to make their own. So I acknowledged the frustration when my son finally hauled off and punched his sister in the face and said this is "fricking bullshite"(we weren't in the room when this happened).
Any ideas on this issue? And don't gimme shite about playing outside as they are VERY balanced in that area. And their electronics are power-surged OFTEN and kicked outside to bikes, balls, trampoline, etc.
So, should I not let them connect at all, or is there an ADMIN app for Minecraft where I could impose penalties on shite like "you killed your sister's sheep so you lose 20 gold"?
this is really just a parenting vent on modern issues, not seeking real suggestions.

Ahh but they love legos and this isn't about preferences for building blocks, it's about justice. I can clearly beat my daughter's arse for breaking her brother's Lego airplane he spent a weekend building.
This is electronic property though. It's intangible but the feelings are exactly the same. Ya dig? It's just hard for a parent to give the same shite about an E-castle built over 3 weekends with me on a video game.

i'm not a minecrafter but couldn't they each play in their own "world" if they wanted to?

Video games make kids socially inept.

Oh hell yea. We have the same rules. I do threaten the wifi ban too. Or just simply GTFO minecraft and play something solo(if we're in the car or all inside house).

Yes. That's a WHOLE nother can of worms. Big sister was on first and thus created the 'world' they all play in. When they are playing solo it's fine. But they've build an elaborate kingdom of sorts in her 'world'. That's where the fighting happens.

So you think it won't hurt when I hurl my unfinished deathstar at your face because you won't give me the lego piece I need?

"Oh shite the hard drive fried, I guess you'll have to start over - should probably let everyone start their own world this time".
Also their castles all probably suck anyway.

You can't be that out of touch, can you?
That was true 15 yrs ago but for my personal example, go to a youth wrestling meet and watch kids from different states immediately bond and interact with each other as they join in a minecraft game or clash of clans.

Right because nobody here ever slung an NES controller at a sibling when they 'cheated' in a video game.

It's shite like this that I'm going to struggle so much with when I have kids... I won't have a kid for at least 3-5 more years so I can only imagine what kind of technology kids from that generation are going to have. It's going to be really hard for me not to just withhold ALL electronics from them, but then they will be the weird kids at school and I don't want that either

Holy shite do they ever. They show me these blocks of crap and are so proud of them and sometimes I can't even hide it and go "what the heck is that, girl?"

Learn to play. If your son burns down his sister's house, go and burn his house down.
An eye for an eye.
He can't beat you up, can he?
