Zero. I used to drink 5-6 times a week but quit cold turkey a few years ago for Lent. I immediately lost weight, quit getting illnesses (sinus infections, colds, etc.), and felt 10 years younger. So, I quit permanently. Needless to say but I will not go back to drinking. That stuff (possibly due to the frequency that I drank) is poison. I wish I had known years earlier.

I quit for lent and that's been why I rarely drink now. If I do it's usually bourbon and water. I feel amazing and I'm in amazing shape. I won't ever completely give up drinking, but I'll probably never drink every night ever again

I will have a few beers after work at my house Monday through Thursday while listening to music.
Friday and Saturday I tend to tie it on

Moderation is key. Drinking 1 or 2 beers a night if you are eating healthy and working out is not going to affect your life.

I know. In fact there are several studies showing that drinking can help in fat reduction. That is if diet and exercise are correct

0 to 1 a week. Not a big drinker anymore, but when I do, it is usually a beer.

That's where you lose me, I don't do the 1 or 2 beers thing....if I'm drinking, I'm drinking

During a normal work week, I typically drink on one of the work days. Then I normally partake on either Friday or Saturday or both.
Unfortunately when I do drink, I binge. It's like chips, I can't control myself to just eat one or two. 1-2 turns into at least 9-12 (drinks). Then I feel like shite at work. I'm trying to change that.
I'll drink on a work day even though I know that I'll suffer through a horrible hangover the next day.

Only the sober die young.
But seriously, of the handful of people I knew who lived to be triple digits or late 90s, the one thing they all had in common was moderate alcohol consumption. It's not scientific, but it's enough to convince me to never completely give up drinking.
I'll have one of the following allotments 3-5 nights a week:
Beer: 12-36oz (I had 22oz last night)
Wine: 5-10oz
Whiskey: 2-4oz
I'll abstain during the week if I have a weekend event planned that is most likely to include heavy drinking.

that's me Fri-Sun.
during the week I just crave the taste of good beer…it's hard not to have just 1…but once I drink 1, I am good…sometimes 2…if I had a bad day at work, I'll occasionally tie one off during the week

I don't have a problem having just one or 2 during the week. Lately I've been drinking something about 6 or 7 times a week, but I'm on summer vacation and haven't started working yet. 2 good beers is the perfect amount.

7 days a week in very light moderation. I rarely get drunk. I have a couple of glasses of wine with most dinners. If I am grilling or post yard work I will have a couple of beers. When I watch shows the wife and I enjoy, I will have a scotch or bourbon (Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, Fargo)

If a beer is considered alcohol then 6-7 for me. However, I usually only drink 1 a night during the week.

I usually drink Saturday and Sunday. I would drink more but I would gain a bunch of weight if I did.
I was a lot more fit before I found craft beer.
Just have to start working out harder Monday-Friday. Can't give up my beer.
