ULL fans can finally sleep easily knowing that this was their best season in school history. Most wins ever for their team, but most importantly, they finished better than LSU.
One would think it would be the 2000 season when they finished #3 at the CWS, but, well, we all know how that one turned out. Best finish ever, still a couple spots behind LSU. A metaphor for the entirety of ULL's athletic existence.

Baseball Loulite sitting at home for super regionals
Basketball i didn't see Loulite in the post season tournament
Softball Didn't see Loulite in the WCWS
What other sports? Skeet shooting? Fishing? Track..ok..who cares about track?

This was a big concern for ULL. If they had one more quality pitcher this team could have won it all. Congrats on a hell of a season. I am pretty sure they lose a ton off this team?

I was waiting for a brawl to start when Ole Miss scored that three run triple in the 9th... fans throwing beer around like that might be cool in the outfield of your home stadium, but i was waiting for a pissed ULL fan to go off...
