Isn't the US Open always a Par 70?

It is more often than not but I know Pebble is a par 71 during the US Open because they turn hole 2 into a par 4 and they do the same with Torrey Pines at hole 6. Both courses normally play at 72. Congressional is a 71 and might do the same thing, but I've played Pebble and Torrey and it was par 72 both times.

These greens are insane and Kaymer is just in a zone, he wins by a lot IMO good to see Compton playing well
