Interesting stats to tell you how fickle credit scores are. I have a close friend with 0 income (in professional school), 400,000 in debt (house owner + school debt) with a credit score of 790.
I know the process and his credit card payments, house payments (good debt), and credit history creates the score, but stepping back, it is absurd that he is a preferred client with those numbers.

Here is some honesty... I have no idea what my credit score is. I have not borrowed any money in 20 years. And I shall not borrow money until I am on the other side of the grass. So, why should I care what my credit score is?
