If tonic is too harsh for you at first, start with a little 7up, but slowly transition to the tonic.
Also, citrus helps the transition too...soon you'll want nothing more than tonic and lime.

Oops, forgot I posted that. It's from a Dave Matthews Band song. "I like most liquors but I don't like gin, don't always like the skin I'm in... "

I could drink Hendrick's gin neat, but I'd prefer it shaken over ice with cucumber

Gin with coke
I love gin, just buy some tonic or find an olive

Negative
Life's too short to drink gin.
I'll go without or wait for the St. Bernard avalanche rescue dog to show up. He's a canine and even he knows better than to have gin.
EDIT: upon review I do like one variety, I think it's from Virginia-
VA-gin-Ahhh!

Yeah Hendrick's is pretty unique. It's better with cucumber than lime.

Gin and tonic is something I get at bars pretty regularly and I've had gin and sprite in the past.

I don't remember ever drinking gin.

•Gin with 7Up and a twist of lime.
•Gin with tonic is good, just not my preferred way to drink it.

Never heard of gin and coke so neat.
Better would be with tonic or make a martini.
