Almost died choking on a chicken breast last summer. Thank god someone was standing right there and realized what was going on to perform the Heimlich maneuver. Dude said my eyes started to roll up into the back of my head. That was terrifying for a quick 15 seconds.

Swimming in a lake when I was 7, I stepped on a alligator snapping turtle about the size of a car tire. I've never swam so fast in my life

Riding in the car with a friend when people started shooting at his car. Standing in a crowd when one drug dealer was shooting another, doesn't sound bad but they just shoot randomly and have terrible aim.

Probably the scariest one was when I was eating lunch with some friends and two guys unloaded on our table.

Mine is probably the time I saw a chick toss a bottle of 60 Xanax, .5mgs, into her hatch amidst some really bent out of shape partying. I bolted across the room, jammed my hand in her mouth and started pulling them out, then jammed my fingers in her throat while she vomited on my arm.

fricking crazy women.

Kid choking would be awful. I think instinct just kicks in for the parent.

Really bad storm kicked up in Lake P one night. 3-5ft rollers. We were in a 17ft lake skiff with nothing to hold onto. Buddy flew out of the boat, and we couldn't find him for 20 minutes. I was pretty worried

Wasn't familiar with the city and took a few wrong turns in Shreveport one night and ended up deep in the hood at night and ended up getting a flat tire. I was young and had my girlfriend with me at the time who was a very attractive girl. There were a couple groups of black guys walking around and hanging out on the side of the street. A couple of them walked over, helped me change the tire, and gave me directions back to the interstate. I was scared shitless inside the whole time. After that I never stereotyped people or groups of people again.

Went with an uncle and his family on a plane trip. Landing in a storm and the plane crashes. My cousin and I were the only two who got out. She broke both arms and had a compression fracture.

It was ugly. I could tell what was coming and it seemed like two minutes (it was seconds). The impact was crushing and it was like a dream. I grabbed my other cousin, who was 8, and got out of the plane. My cousin had passed in the impact though. There were flames everywhere and the I can still remember the smell as if this happened yesterday.

That's a heart stopper in a storm. Water is to be respected.

I grew up on the mighty Miss. A prominent local physician was out with his wife and another couple, one went overboard. They struggled to locate her in the dark and subsequently hit her, killing her.

He was sober, but never the same after killing his friends wife.

It did. I snatched him up and went to doing the infant Heimlich maneuver (thanks pre-natal classes!) on him. It probably took less than 10 seconds to clear him up but it seemed like 10 hours. It was bad. He could not even make a sound when he was choking.

Smells invoke deep memories, you'll never forget that smell.

Anyone who has entered a meat packing plant identifies.

How old were you? Do you have issues flying?

I was going to work in Alaska and had to have a high altitude physical.

They said don't eat anything for X amount of hours bc I had to have blood work along with it. They said I had a spike in my heart rate and eventually said I could have that condition that some athletes have where they just drop dead randomly. I had to do the treadmill while hooked up and all kinds of tests. Turns out it was bc I had a coffee that morning before going in.

That's a crazy story, man. My friend and his dad died from a plane crash. They were about to buy a small plane and it stalled mid air. Terrible.

For me i had a major allergic reaction to shellfish 7-8 years ago. Nothing like going in the ER with your BP goin crazy and breathing problems and they pop you with 3 shots and you ask now what?......... and they answer "well, lets just hope these shots work"
