My girl found my ex's pants in my bedroom

I'll provide a little backstory first. I took a trip to Houston this past weekend. I needed some nicer clothes and all of my slacks are at my parents house back home. So im looking in my closet and see some black pants hanging up and im like sweet i didnt know i had these here, I grab them and start putting them on. All of a sudden I realize theyre small as shite and my ex's dress pants. So i just drop them on the floor and never picked them up. Today this girl I'm talking to comes over for the first time since I've been back. We hang in my room for a little , PIIHB and all that good stuff, then when shes about to leave she notices the pants. She flips and thinks theyre for someone else but wasn't buying my story that they are my ex's.

This isn't really an advice thread, just wanted to share. Not sure of my next course of action.
