Man you need to wear lighter shoes or something. That's horrible for a tacoma. My green truck gets 16 on the interstate.

Get an auxiliary fuel tank or a bigger one if you are that concerned about mileage per tank

Yes, mine have been 4x4s. They were automatics though. I also drive like a grandpa so that helps
My wife drove mine for a couple of days and managed to get 15
