This kid should not be punished at all. No one was harmed by these brownies.

They actually Border each other near Burnet road, but yeah the city centers are about 15-20 miles.
The Pflugerville on the other side of 35.

d that under the law, the entire weight of the brownie can be considered an illegal drug. So, while there may not have been much oil in there (may even have been misdemeanor levels, dunno), all the other ingredients are factored in. So, the sugar, flour, coco, etc. are all considered illegal drugs.
That's exactly correct. They do the same type of thing when they catch growers. They weigh the plant, the soil, the pot. Even if it's not a flowering plant, or it's male, they will try or screw you any way they can.

To be clear I was not advocating whether or not the time was just
I am FOR harsh punishment when breaking the law intentionally. I don't write them.
Relax buddy. Take a chill pill

Meanwhile we've got assholes with already over half a dozen DUI's stumbling around the parking lot of their local bar in a drunken stupor fumbling as they try to get their keys to unlock their 5,000 lb kamikaze.
How many people die each year from teens making pot brownies?
How many people die each year due to drunk drivers?
Am I the only one seeing the problem here?

god we got a bunch of pussies posting on this website
The thing that I wonder about it the selling them part. If he took them down to a school and was doling them out as brownies for shits and giggles without the kids knowing what they are, I have no issues with them putting him in for a long time.

Yes, and I understand the consequences. Are you comparing brownies with drugs in them to speeding? Go on...

Because I don't do drugs? Guess our definitions of fun are different.

also 1.5 pounds of brownies isn't 1.5 pounds of pot.

According to your logic you should be punished harshly for speeding for knowingly breaking the law. Actually speeding is endangering the general public without that public's consent. Pot brownies aren't. Speeding should have a harsher penalty. You should be doing years for your thoughtless crimes. (sarcasm)

Because you agree with anti-freedom, control freak laws. People who feel the need to control other people's personal decisions and behavior that doesn't affect them are horrible to be around. They're known as assholes.

Drink coffee, coke, or alcohol? smoke or dip? Take prescriptions?
ETA: is Tshiz down voting all of the antistatists? Can someone be banned for douchery?
