I try not to do it, but today I was driving down Citrus in Harahan reading a story on wwl.
I'm really bad at this.

Some/most people just don't care, and you have to beat it into their heads. Worst case he at least thinks about this thread whenever he texts and drives. Best case at least once he actually considers waiting until he's stopped.
Plus it's kind of fun to respond. And if I get banned for personal attacks, I think it would be justified since he's flaming.

If you don't like it then why don't you write to your local congress person to state your concerns rather than posting on an Internet forum about it?
If you don't like it, fine, but don't tell me to stop doing something that isn't against the law (in Texas, at least). I'm sure you never drive over the speed limit or have a few beers and say you're fine to drive home.

If I sucked at texting and drving you might have a point, but Im awesome at it. Can text while only taking my eyes of the road for a second or two at a time. Dont worry about me.

Dvd players in the front dash should be banned as well. Saw an idiot watching a movie and swerving all over in a residential area the other day
