where that pontoon at?
You can take HWY 57 (Grand Caillou RD) down till you get to Falgout Canal Rd. OR take HWY 315 (Bayou Dularge Rd) down till you get to Falgout canal. IF taking Dularge when you get to Falgout Canal Marina you will cross a brige and Fisherman's Retreat will be on your right (lots of nice camps) take the immediate left once you cross the Falgout Canal bridge and the road will take you to the Dulac Pontton. It is located on the Houma Navigation Canal. You could probably catch a few fish off of the Falgout Canal Rd itself. Also the Dulac cut across road from Chauvin has a few areas you could fish off the bank but not sure how good it is. As mentioned earlier Robinson Canal in Chauvin is a good place to catch some sheephead and drum off the bank. 30' deep and full of oyster shells. It is the bridge at Lapeyrouse Store right past Sportsmans Paradise
