re: Fishing around Houma area

I'm more familiar with Cocodrie than anywhere else. You can fish along both Boudreaux and Robinson Canals. Boudreaux Canal, right at the bridge has a long levee you can walk down. I know Robinson Canal has a few places you can do the same, right near the bridge.

The other option would be going down to Point Aux Chenes (sp?) and fishing along the highway near the Island. It's a ways down there though.
