I'm beating my brains in trying to figure this thing out.
The revenue achieved by selling x graphing calculators is figured to be x(41-0.2x) dollars. The cost of each calculator is $21. How many graphing calculators must be sold to make a profit ( revenue - cost ) of at least $460.80?
A) between 11 and 39 calculators
B) between 37 and 35 calculators
C) between 36 and 64 calculators
D) between 38 and 62 calculators
I wouldn't post this if I knew any other ways to figure it out. I've exhausted every other option. I'll delete the thread if it isn't appropriate.

I normally try to answer all math problems on the rant, but in this case I won't do it, just because you're a Bama fan.

Plug in the high and low number for x, that would lead you in the right direction

If I can't figure this out I doubt I'd survive law school. This problem seems soooooo easy. I think I'm having a brain fart.

If we knew what x was, we could help you.

x(41-.2x)-21x=460.8
Solve for x
Solve for x

Uhm, I went to an LSU game in BR once. Had a blast, great fans, and Alabama lost
I put dancing banana in reaction to an Alabama loss, that has to be good for something!
