What kind of down time am I looking at here? As in how long until I can run or lift.

quit wearing Crocs, dude...I stubbed my big toe so many times wearing Crocs that I gave up wearing them. I am pretty sure the last time I stubbed my big toe in Crocs was the last time I wore Crocs.

If you can keep your weight on your heels, you could probably do leg presses now; probably just need to go a little lighter and keep the motion shallow to prevent shifting your weight forward off of your heel.

Generally, hamstring, quad, machine work where you don't need to balance on the front of your foot should be safe.

Running, depends on how fast you heal. Can't answer.

I've broken toes over the years. Run when the pain is bearable. Otherwise, just ignore it.
