I'm downtown BR people watching..
So far I have seen people with the following costumes:
Wolf man
Dick in a box
Tinker bell
Unicorn
& the real Pat Shingleton...

There's a SciFi Festival going on at the Embassy Suites over on Constitution this weekend. I'm guessing they were involved with that.

Earth Day downtown

One year the Walk Ons float broke down in the middle of the St. Pats Day Parade and in front of about 20 people, including my young daughter, Pat Shingleton called the float driver a motherfricker. He then told him that next year if they pull the float with the same piece of shite tractor, they were out of the fricking parade forever. True story.
