Yes. Your leg day should consist of only squats and you should do them 2 to 3 times per week.

get in an ice cold pool and stay there for 15 minutes.
I have swimming pool that is very very cold and I get in it and freeze my nuts off - get out and feel much much better.

Ran 14 miles already this week. Two a days are killing me but I've been taking off in between. Playing golf tomorrow so I may cut back a little.
