Im sore as hell. does anyone know a miracle concoction to help with the soreness. tia

Yes. Your leg day should consist of only squats and you should do them 2 to 3 times per week.

Stop skipping leg day. Then it won't hurt as bad each time

R.I.C.E.

rest, ice, compression, elevation

light activities which also get the blood flow through the area can help as well. water jogging, elliptical, swimming, walking, etc

get in an ice cold pool and stay there for 15 minutes.

I have swimming pool that is very very cold and I get in it and freeze my nuts off - get out and feel much much better.

Ran 14 miles already this week. Two a days are killing me but I've been taking off in between. Playing golf tomorrow so I may cut back a little.
