Yes. Your leg day should consist of only squats and you should do them 2 to 3 times per week.

Stop skipping leg day. Then it won't hurt as bad each time

Copious amounts of Glutamine and 4 Ibuprofen 3x a day will help.

this...didn't do legs for 3 weeks. Did them last week and was sore as crap. Did them this week, and literally know soreness whatsoever. Just stay consistent with it. Although I don't mind soreness. If you ever have to find a remedy for soreness, then you're a puss...sorry.
