get in an ice cold pool and stay there for 15 minutes.

I have swimming pool that is very very cold and I get in it and freeze my nuts off - get out and feel much much better.

Ran 14 miles already this week. Two a days are killing me but I've been taking off in between. Playing golf tomorrow so I may cut back a little.

Just getting ripped up, son. I used to do it back in college if my schedule worked around it better. This week and last has worked out better for two a days. Weights in the morning and run in the evenings with leg workout mixed in somewhere.

Yes. Your leg day should consist of only squats and you should do them 2 to 3 times per week.

Wow you must do crossfit because only crossfit people feel the need to tell everyone about their workout.

Oh wait, it's not specific to crossfit and you're just someone who works out on his own? Well I'll be damned.

Let the crossfit hate begin to flow.

I am generally against cross fit cuz I don't like mixing Olympic power stuff with speed/agility/cardio stuff. Splitting them up and doing "two a days" is the way to go, bruh.

I used to make fun of the people on those foam rollers, but I got one about 2-3 weeks ago.

It's a fvcking gamechanger!

Spend 15-20 minutes a day on that while you're watching TV and you'll feel phenomenol!

I find that front squats put more strain on a 3rd leg than either back squats or overhead squats.
