I ate at R'evolution, Peche and Domenica over the Easter weekend. I'm on a diet now.
Upperline is iffy on that list for me, but I don't know what the current state is. I'd leave Galatoire's on it, though, unless it's supposed to be fully eclectic.

I would definitely take out places like Upperline and Dooky and put in places like Maurepas.
