Buddy is heading to BR for 1 night, wants a great meal (seafood preferably). What you got? $ is no option.

I would go to Sammys and have seafood platters as well as crawfish

If he wants straight up good seafood I'd go to Roberto's on river road south of the city a little bit.

However, the ambiance of the place may make him feel awkward to be there by himself.

Louisiana Lagniappe is legit as well.

hell, getting a table on the patio at Parrains would be legit. Then devour tons of small plates and platters.

I'd head over to Galatoire's for a seat on the patio for some oysters rock, shrimp remoulade and crabmeat maison. If that doesn't take care of him, he can have trout amandine, too. Banana bread pudding for dessert. He'll sleep like a baby.
